Kathleen Boyer is the Marketing Administrator with the Ricketts Group, an eXp Realty team based in Eugene, Oregon.
Kathleen was hired by the group in late 2021, bringing more than 23 years of real estate expertise to the team! A San Diego native, Kathleen works remotely from southern California but travels to Eugene several times a year to attend client events and team meetings in person. Licensed as a real estate salesperson since 2002, Kathleen keeps her California real estate license active. She previously served as a buyer’s agent for a top-producing team in San Diego and spent over 16 years in the real estate technology and marketing sector. Her experience includes having worked as a national account manager for Market Leader, Trulia, and Zillow, all under the Market Leader brand. With her extensive background, Kathleen provides the Ricketts Group with technology-focused training, direct marketing support, client services, and database management. She also brings hands-on experience with home renovations, having successfully flipped a previously unfinanceable property in Eugene during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kathleen’s primary focus is to help ensure that our team stays ahead of the curve, delivering innovative, relevant service to our clients in an ever-evolving real estate market.
Kathleen is an avid traveler who has explored many parts of Canada, including Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto. Her favorite destination so far is Banff and Lake Louise, nestled in the stunning Canadian Rocky Mountains. She has also journeyed through several Bahamian islands, with Nassau standing out as her top choice. In Mexico, she fell in love with Puerto Vallarta for its rich culture, vibrant culinary scene, and breathtaking jungles and waterfalls. Domestically, Kathleen’s favorite city to visit is San Francisco, where each district offers a distinct charm, from the authentic Italian cafés and lively music scene of North Beach to the iconic culture of Chinatown. When she’s not traveling, Kathleen enjoys gardening, hiking, and teaching new tricks to her beautiful rescue cat. Her favorite foods are avocado toast and roasted pistachios. Kathleen’s current personal goals include simplifying her life by scaling down personal belongings, planning a trip to Japan and Europe, with Switzerland at the top of her list, and staying active and connected within her close group of family, friends, and community.
